This invigorating class will raise your heart rate, your spirits, and your hopes for good things to come as we move through flowing combinations of strength building and toning postures coordinated with deep breathing and thorough stretching. Mindfulness tips and de-stressing strategies that can be used while off the mat to manage day-to-day challenges are fused with the physical practice. As spinal and joint safety are a priority, students will learn how to monitor their movements and build body awareness to enhance physical fitness and prevent injury. All fitness levels and body types will enjoy this class as we use the physical poses to journey inward and inspire transformation from the inside out.
